(floreció 1045, Rohinikhanda, India).

Matemático, astrónomo y astrólogo de India. Escribió el Ganitatilaka [El ornamento de la matemática] y las obras astronómicas Siddhantashekhara [La cima de las doctrinas establecidas], Dhikotidakarana [Procedimiento para producir el clímax intelectual] y Dhruvamanasa [La mente permanente]. Siddhantashekhara comprende dos capítulos sobre matemática; como uno de los pocos documentos que sobreviven de este período, arroja importante luz sobre el estado del álgebra de India entre Brahmagupta y Bhaskara II. Para la astrología de horóscopos, Shripati escribió Jatakakarmapaddhati [Camino para el cómputo de natalicios] y Jyotisharatnamala [Un collar de joyas de la ciencia astral], los cuales fueron de gran influencia en el desarrollo de la astrología en India.
